FarLink

Press a key and FarLink opens a panel in the corner of the page listing every link on it: the title on the left, the address on the right. Type to filter by either. Arrows move, Enter opens.
I kept landing on pages with a few hundred links where I didn't want one particular link — I wanted to search them by address, or work through the whole list. Link hints like Vimium are the fastest way to click something you can already see, and they're still better at that. This is for the other case. Vokto does a bit of everything; this one only does links, but it does all of them.
It's drawn like an orthodox file manager, because that's what it's for. Far Manager and Yazi are the reference points (and yes, I noticed the coincidence with my name).
It asks for no access to any website, at install or ever. Pressing the shortcut grants it that one tab, that one time, and nothing else. That's also why there's only one way to open it. It doesn't make network requests either, so there's no server, no analytics, and no account.
It's open source under MIT.
